This apartment is located on the ground floor, so is suitable for limited mobility and elderly people. It has a large terrace balcony with table, chairs and reclining sun chairs to enjoy the view of the gardens while eating or reading a book. Just a few meter ways, is the pool surrounded by sunbeds and sun umbrellas to sunbathe and rest.

In the interior, the main bedroom has queen size bed, a fitted wardrobe, mirror, a safety box and a window facing the rear gardens.

The second bedroom has a sofa bed, wardrobe, mirror and also another window.

The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass screen, hair dryer, towels and shower gel. The bathroom also has an exterior window.

The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs, a large coffee table, satellite 42” LED TV and free WiFi. The living room is separated from the terrace by large french windows which allow to enjoy natural light all day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, orange juicer, express coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender, crockery, cutlery and cleaning products. At the end of the kitchen there is a small space outside with a washing machine, ironing board and space for drying the clothes.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is situated in a privileged and residential area of Playa del Inglés: 300m from the Beach, 200m from Cita Shopping Centre and 600m from Jumbo Shopping Centre. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, and there is a large variety of restaurants, shops and bars in the proximity.

 Access

 The airport is 40km away and you can reach the apartment by taxi or bus. Sunnyhome provides pick up airport service to the apartment for as low as 35€. You can simply book it through us if you are interested.

 Parking

 Parking is free just outside the resort and most of the time there is space available.

The host

Rafael is the name of the host and you will be able to contact him directly and enquiry about the flat and your future stay. He speaks English and Spanish, and will be always available during your stay in case of any needs. If before your arrival you require any special needs please do not hesitate to ask. You can also book with him pick up and transport from the airport to the apartment.

* During Christmas (from the 21^st of December to the 7^th of January) and Easter week, every day will be charged at 80€ independently of the length of the stay.

PROCEDURE TO MAKE A BOOKING

1. Find available dates in the calendar
2. Send a message to the host to book your required date.
3. Make a payment of a deposit of 100 to 200€, depending on the length of your stay, to the host, to ensure your booking.

4. The price is for two people. Add 10€ per each additional guest and day.

 The appartment is wonderful for a holiday and has everything you might need. Very close to the beach and in a quiet and nice surrounding. We recommend it 100%

Nice appartament, good localisation, near ocean, sand dune and shopping center Cita. Quiet place, in the parcel is pool and many green and flowers. Good contact with Owner-Rafael.

Lorenzo is one of the best host who we have ever met in our trips. Very responsible and answered momentally all our questions. Bottle of wine and a plate of fresh fruit to welcome us was charming The apartment is fantastic with 2 minutes walk to the ocean. The apartment is 100% like in fotos. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. We haven’t found any minuses in our staying. There absolutely all nesessary things in the appartment. The complex is in quiet location, well maintained and cleaned every day. Very good for families with kids. I recommend this apartment to all my friends and colleagues) Muchos gracias
