This apartment is situated on the ground floor, so is suitable for limited mobility and elderly people. The front terrace of the apartment is equipped with a table, chairs, sunbeds and sun umbrella to enjoy the fresh sea air and sun of the south of Gran Canaria. Just in front of the terrace there is a large swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens which separates the apartment from the beach promenade.

The bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, mirror, safety box and a window facing the garden with blinds.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass screen, washing machine, hair dryer, towels and shower gel. The bathroom also has an exterior window for ventilation.

The living room has a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, a small coffee table, satellite 32” LED TV and free WiFi. The living room is separated from the terrace by large french windows which allow to enjoy natural light all day and direct view to gardens and pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, orange juicer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender, crockery, cutlery and cleaning products. The flat also provides iron, ironing board and space for drying the clothes.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is situated in a privileged and residential area of Playa del Inglés y the Costa Canaria beach promenade: 50m from the Beach, 200m from La Sandia Shopping Centre, 400m from Cita Shopping Centre, 500m from Jumbo Shopping Centre and 50m from McDonalds. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, and there is a large variety of restaurants, shops and bars in the proximity.

 Access

 The airport is 40km away and you can reach the apartment by taxi or bus. Sunnyhome provides pick up airport service to the apartment for as low as 35€. You can simply book it through us if you are interested.

 Parking

 Parking is free just outside the resort and most of the time there is space available.

 The host

Alexis is the name of the host and you will be able to contact him directly and enquiry about the flat and your future stay. He speaks English and Spanish, and will be always available during your stay in case of any needs. If before your arrival you require any special needs please do not hesitate to ask. You can also book with him pick up and transport from the airport to the apartment.

* During Christmas (from the 21^st of December to the 7^th of January) and Easter week, every day will be charged at 90€ independently of the length of the stay.

PROCEDURE TO MAKE A BOOKING

1. Find available dates in the calendar
2. Send a message to the host to book your required date.
3. Make a payment of a deposit of 100 to 200€, depending on the length of your stay, to the host, to ensure your booking.
4. The price is for two people. Add 10€ per each additional guest and day.

 Het verblijf is gelegen op enkele meters van de wandel-kustweg en honderd meter van het strand. Alles is met veel zorg ingericht en gemakkelijk te onderhouden. Alexis en familie zijn zeer aangename mensen en binnen zeer korte tijd bereikbaar. Het verblijf is minder goed geschikt voor kinderen want de andere aanwezigen zijn rustige en oudere mensen. Met meer dan twee mensen is een langer verblijf minder geschikt. De tuin is prachtig onderhouden en voorzien van een zwembad.

 Very nice and cosy flat with all conveniences ! I especially liked the beds with real downfilled duvets! Alexis was presise and very friendly. Would definately recommend the flat !

We stayed for the first week in December with our grandson. The apartment was excellent with a superb pool and overlooking the beach. Ideally situated for restaurants, shops and great walks. There was everything you could possibly need in the apartment including a washing machine. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds and sofa bed. We were met on our arrival by the owner who also provided our transfer to the airport. Thank you Alexis for our perfect week, we will be booking again!

 This apartment was amazing! Location right next to El Paseo adjacent to the beach, you could not get closer! The beds were very comfortable, 2 single, but can be pushed together to make a double. Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine in the bathroom. This meant towels and clothes can be washed, saving on baggage allowance. Very, very clean apartment with lots of nice touches like leaving shower gel, soap and bin bags. This might be a minor thing to some but essential items. Appartment was on the ground floor 15 steps from the pool! The area was quiet and relaxing. All the neighbours were friendly and nice. We spent the days sitting on the patio, going in the pool and using facilities in the apartment at the same time – no need to pack a bag and trug it down to the pool as it was right there. Bus stop and shop were one street away in Avenida de Bonn. Owner was very helpful and always responded to questions quickly. They also offered airport transfer if wanted. We will definitely be staying again. It was fabulous.
