The apartment is situated on the second floor of this modern building with lift and the windows are all facing an interior patio decorated with natural plants which makes the apartment very quiet, noise free from the outside streets and peaceful. The flat inside consist of a large independent living room and bedroom which are ideal to rest after a long tourist day in the city or the beach. All the mattresses have been purchased recently for your comfort.
The bedroom is provided with a queen size bed, a large fitted wardrobe with sliding doors, a mirror, a coat stand and a window with blinds facing the outside patio.
The bathroom consist of a bath with a glass bathtub screen, ideal for a shower or a bath, a hair dryer, some towels sets and shower gel.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a large glass coffee table, a wooden cupboard where the extra bed linen is kept, a 50” LED Smart TV connected to internet and unlimited free WiFi. The large 3m window in the living room will provide a superb natural brightness to make your stay more comfortable. Fans are provided if needed in the summer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, orange juicer, express coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender, crockery, cutlery and cleaning products. Neighbourhood
The apartment is situated in a privileged area of Las Palmas: 150m from Las Canteras Beach, 100m from Santa Catalina Park and 200m from El Muelle Shooping Centre. Inside there is hiperdino supermarket which opens 7 days per week. The neighbourhood is safe and is surrounded by restaurants, shops and night life.
The biggest aquarium of the Canary Islands, “Acuario Poema del Mar” is just 300m away and it is one of the most important attractions of Gran Canaria.
Access
The airport is 20km away and you can reach the apartment by taxi or bus. Sunnyhome provides pick up airport service to the apartment for as low as 30€. You can simply book it through us if you are interested.
Las Palmas Port is very close if you arrive by ferry from another island.
There is bus and taxi stop nearby.
Parking
Parking is difficult in the area. There are several car parks nearby. You can pay a daily, weekly or monthly fee.

You may be able to park free of charge, 1km away from the property.

The host
Alexis is the name of the host and you will be able to contact him directly and enquiry about the flat and your future stay. He speaks English and Spanish, and will be always available during your stay in case of any needs. If before your arrival you require any special needs please do not hesitate to ask. You can also book with him pick up and transport from the airport to the apartment.
* During Christmas (from the 21st of December to the 7th of January) and Easter week, every day will be charged at 75€ independently of the length of the stay.
PROCEDURE TO MAKE A BOOKING
- Find available dates in the calendar
- Send a message to the host to book your required date.
- Make a payment of a deposit of 100 to 200€, depending on the length of your stay, to the host, to ensure your booking.
- The price is for two people. Add 10€ per each additional guest and day.
Very nice apartment, perfect situated and ideal point to go by bus 1 and 12 to the historic part of Las Palmas For parking our rental car, there was a garage close by (Porto Luz), where we could make an arrangement for 10,00 € per day. Really can recommend this place Bernd

We really enjoyed our stay at Alexis’s apartment. It was very clean, cosy and well equipped, just like in the pictures.The location is ideal near the bus station, Santa Catalina, Las Canteras beach, El Muelle shopping center etc. The neighbourhood was nice and lively but the house was quiet. Alexis and his wife were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We can really recommend this apartment.

This is a very nice small apartment in the heart of city. Santa Catalina’s bus station is couple of hundreds meters from the apartment and the it takes around 30 min from the airport by bus. The wonderful beach is also behind the corner as well as restaurants, cafeterias and bars. Spar supermarket is in the next block so very easy to buy the food for breakfast etc. We were really surprised how nice the city is and the location of this apartment is the best. One week went just too fast! We will definitely come back some day 🙂

The apartment was clean,modern and well equiped. everything was allready there .even a little snack and water so you only had to go shopping for food. the location is only a few minutes from the beach and there is a big shoppingcentre nearby.

Alexis, si è mostrato da subito molto disponibile e preciso, ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è tenuta molto bene e pulita e la posizione non è niente male. Consigliatissima per coppie o famiglie!
